The reason I started this blog is because I am looking to motivate everyone with healthy living. If I can help motivate even just one person to live healthier, I will consider this a success. Through this blog, I will be sharing with you what works for me and what didn’t, reviewing popular workouts, diets and other technologies used to keep your health life styles going.
My name is Shaun Richmond, I am a Husband and Father of 3 lovely children that help motivate me. I am a big fan of Mixed Martial Arts, and over all fitness and Health. I am currently a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (BJJ) with PicaPau Jiujitsu and Grappling and competing in tournaments both local and across the country. Since BJJ has become such a big part of my life, some of my blogs might talk about different BJJ workouts that you can make part of your current routine. I am also an avid obstacle course runner, enjoying Tough Mudder and Spartan Races several times a year. Health and fitness is my passion, but I also earn a living working in IT.
